Firm Society account levels
Member
A normal Firm Society participant. Members can maintain their member and business profile and use standard site features.
Pro Member
A paid membership level for an eligible Member or Administrator account. Pro membership unlocks paid features such as Messages, Events and Analytics. Membership is separate from administrative permissions.
Administrator
An administrator is also eligible for a normal member/business profile. Administrators can manage ordinary member accounts, change eligible paid membership status, edit member information and disable accounts.
Super Administrator
A site-administration account. Super Administrators can manage administrator-level accounts and higher-level site administration. They are not treated as paid members and do not require a member/business profile.
Account status
Disabling an account is the normal way to remove access. Firm Society does not need a separate session-revoke control in the administration interface.
